No it does not. Heat transfer vinyl does not have any need for an adhesive backing because it fuses to the material when you apply the correct amount of heat. You will need a heat press to apply this heat evenly. Some people try to use irons, but it is really not recommended because its hard to get the exact amount heat and pressure that you need for a good transfer.
