When you are removing Sure Cuts a Lot 3 Pro from the current computer all you have to do is go into the program and then go to HELP then go to DEACTIVATE first. Once this is done you can transfer the program to another computer by downloading the latest version of the Sure Cuts a Lot 3 Pro software directly from our Support site. Please click on the link provided and under the Software section please click Sure Cuts a Lot 3 Pro, and then select Latest Version Windows, or Latest Version Mac to download the updated software.
Then use the serial number from your CD sleeve that Sure Cuts a Lot 3 Pro arrived in for the serial number. You do not have to uninstall but rather just deactivate unless you desire to uninstall you can. If you no longer have access to your original computer that had your license on it, please submit a ticket with your original order number and Product Serial Number (PSN) that you are using and we will see what we can do!
