At this point there are two things you can try. You would need a cutting software like Sure Cuts a Lot 3 Pro or Silhouette Studio Designer Edition to even attempt them though. You can download an art program like Gimp or Inkscape and convert the files to .SVG at which point you can import the designs into your cutting software.You can try to convert the file using an online file conversion program
