Can I use smaller rolls of vinyl?

Regardless of the max cutting size of your equipment, you can always use smaller materials in your cutter, you just can't use larger materials than what the max cutting size will accommodate. As long as you can secure the pinch-rollers onto the material, you can cut on it.
