USCutter does not support graphic design in any way.
Graphic design would be things like adding shadows, frames, working with image layers etc. We do sell graphic design software, however we do not have the capacity to teach it as we are not trained in graphic design.
The USCutter Forum of which boasts over 20,000 customers, is a great resource when it comes to this kind of thing and we encourage you to use that and other resources like YouTube for basic training.
